Is the number mine forever?
No. It's a temporary number, reserved just for you for up to 20 minutes to receive the code. Each number's time limit is shown before you buy.
What if the SMS doesn't arrive?
You don't pay. If the code doesn't arrive in time, the amount goes back to your balance automatically. You can also cancel or change the number and get the amount back right away (for some options, only 2 minutes after purchase).
The app says the number is banned or already has an account
It happens: numbers are reused. Don't try to log in to that account. On the dashboard, use “Change number”: the previous number's amount goes back to your balance and you get a new one.
Can I receive more than one code on the same number?
With most options, yes: while the number is active, a new SMS from the same app usually arrives there at no extra charge. Some apps or options don't send a second code to the same number.
Can I use the same number again later?
No. When the time limit ends, the number is released and doesn't come back to you. So don't use it for accounts you may need to recover later, like your bank or main email.
My account on the app was blocked. What now?
Our job is to deliver the code. Blocks depend on each app's rules, so there's no refund once the code has arrived. Tip: pick a number from the same country as your internet connection, it lowers the risk of a block.
