Reseller pricing
The standard rule splits the website margin in half: you pay the cost plus half that margin, rounded up to the cent. Below the website price when the margin allows; never above it.
API included
No monthly fee. Once approved, test with ativa_test_ keys, fictional funds and no real charges.
Balance never expires
Your balance does not expire. If no SMS arrives within the number's time limit, funds return automatically, including API purchases.
Prepaid top-ups
Crypto top-ups start at the equivalent of US$ 10 in Bitcoin. The minimum is 25 USDT for USDT and 15 USDC for USDC. Funds are credited in your account currency.

How much do I earn per sale?
Under the standard rule, the reseller price sits between cost and the website price: cost plus half the website margin, rounded up to the cent and capped at the website price. Your profit per number is what you charge minus our reseller price, before your own costs. Prices can change; query the API before selling.
Do I need a Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) to request access?
The current form asks for your name, account email, sales channel, channel address, operation description and acceptance of the terms; it does not ask for a CNPJ. This does not remove your legal obligations. Every request requires manual approval.
Is there a monthly fee or minimum top-up?
There is no monthly fee: the API uses prepaid funds. Bitcoin top-ups have a minimum equivalent to US$ 10; USDT requires 25 USDT and USDC requires 15 USDC. Funds are credited in your account currency and do not expire.
What if the code never arrives?
If no SMS arrives within the number's time limit, the amount is automatically refunded to your balance. You can also cancel before receiving an SMS, subject to the API's earliest cancellation time. Once a code arrives, there is no refund; blocks or bans in the destination app do not qualify for refunds either.
Can I use my own brand?
Yes. The reseller terms allow sales on your own website or app. By integrating the API on your server, you display the number and code in your channel: customers do not need to see or visit Ativa SMS. You are responsible for sales, customer support and your customers' data.
What uses are prohibited?
Reselling or using numbers for banks, digital wallets, crypto services, loans or GovBr is prohibited, as are fraud, scams, spam, harassment, impersonation, crimes and breaches of third-party rules, including bulk account creation. Numbers are temporary and unsuitable for accounts requiring future recovery. Abuse can result in suspended access.
How do I test the API and get support?
Once approved, create an ativa_test_ key in the dashboard. It uses fictional funds, numbers and codes without real charges. The documentation explains endpoints and webhooks. For questions or access help, use the support page or the contact email in the reseller terms.
